Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026
This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Thai version, the Thai version applies.
By using WorkingBee through LINE or the website www.workingbee.io, you accept these terms.
What the service is
WorkingBee helps you record income and expenses, estimate Thai personal income tax, issue quotations, invoices and receipts, and get reminders for tasks and appointments. It is currently free. If any paid features are added in the future, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to use them.
Not personal tax or financial advice
Tax figures are estimates based on the data you record and the rules the system supports at the time. WorkingBee does not file tax for you and is not advice from an auditor or tax adviser. Before filing or making important decisions, check with the Revenue Department or a professional.
Your responsibilities
- Check entries the system reads from slips, bills or statements, and check documents before sending them to clients.
- Use the data of clients and other people you record lawfully.
- Do not use the service to issue false documents or do anything illegal.
- Look after your LINE account; actions taken through your account are treated as yours.
Your data
The data you record belongs to you. We only use it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We try to keep the service available at all times, but there may be maintenance or outages, and we may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of important documents.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses from decisions based on the system’s estimates. This does not exclude any liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by blocking or removing WorkingBee as a LINE friend, and ask for your data to be deleted in the chat or by email at surapong.pcp@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
